Becca currently works as a Nutritious Life Certified Nutritionist in Virginia Beach, VA. Her passions include educating the community on how to live a more balanced, healthier, meaningful life.
Becca calls the Chesapeake Bay her home; having the pleasure of growing up in Virginia Beach. Raised in a very health-conscious family, it was hard not to fall in love with a healthy lifestyle and cooking. Being very active year-round, participating in triathlons during college, and working as a Surf Rescue Lifeguard for three summer seasons, Becca constantly researches the best ways to fuel her body with proper nutrients to stay energized and feel best during her races and at her job.
Learning how to grow vegetables from her mother and grandparents has taught her sustainability in growing fresh, organic whole foods. Her knowledge and passion for a healthy lifestyle is always growing, and she is excited to be able to help others achieve a more positive state of well-being by making sustainable changes to achieve their individual goals.
Becca loves to cook, and her kitchen creations result from her belief in the power of whole food nutrition. She loves to experiment and share recipes that are both delicious and satisfying. Not only are they easy to follow, but they will leave you feeling fueled with goodness and energy to tackle any obstacle!
She works as a Nutrition Consultant and Registered Nurse. She graduated in 2017 from James Madison University with her B.S.N. She looks forward to taking an adventure with you in well-being!
