Hi I'm Becca!

Registered Nurse and Nutrition Coach

I left the cycle of dieting and restriction behind to take control of my health—and now, I help other women do the same.

I went from trying all the fad diets (paleo, intermittent fasting, low carb) and overexercising, which lead to low energy, slowed metabolism and weight gain, poor recovery from workouts, and irregular cycles to feeling strong, radiant, confident.

Through learning more about the specific macronutrients my body needed, the importance of strength training, recovery, sleep, and stress management, I reclaimed my energy, changed body composition, and felt improvements in various aspects of my life—and I’m here to show you how you can too.

Now, I use the same foundational principles that I learned to help women just like you break free from the cycle of dieting, restriction, fatigue, and weight struggles.

What’s included?

1:1 Wellness Coaching Services

Every client is unique with different needs. One-on-one coaching allows us to work together to create an individualized plan based on your health goals. We will discuss lifestyle habits to remove toxicities, improve energy and gut health, and lose stubborn weight. We will discuss how diet and nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, and environmental toxins impact our health. Together, we create a specific plan for you and discuss the steps needed to get there. With the accountability and guidance from a coach, you will be on your way to reaching your nutrition and wellness goals.

Throughout the 12 weeks, we will meet 4 times via Zoom with bi-weekly check-ins via email. Check-in forms will be sent out every other week on Sunday (replies within 24-48 hours) for additional 1:1 high level support to discuss wins since the last meeting, challenges, and adjust goals as needed.
Visit 1: 60-minute Consultation in the 1st Week- Health Intake and Initial Steps

During this 60 minute meeting we discuss your nutrition and wellness goals. A thorough intake assessment will be completed for the first step in creating an individualized plan to help you reach your goals. Functional testing will be discussed if applicable.

  • Weeks 1-4: 7, 14, or 21-Day Dr. Cabral Detox or other Functional Medicine Detox recommended (optional fasting days). Lifestyle recommendations (nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, hydration)

Visit 2: 60-Minute Wellness Plan After 4 Weeks

  • Meet Week 5: 60 minute appointment to provide individualized wellness plan.

  • Weeks 5-8: Nutritional supplement recommendations, helpful handouts and resources shared (healthy shopping list, weight loss tips, exercise schedule recommendations, recipe guides). 

Visit 3: 30-Minute Follow Up

  • Meet Week 9: 30-minute check-in via Zoom or phone call to discuss progress, work through challenges, and provide feedback.

  • Weeks 9-12: Continue to follow protocol; will address other protocol specific needs and questions.

Visit 4: 30-Minute Follow Up

  • Meet Week 13: 30-minute check-in via Zoom or phone call and Maintenance Plan Meeting:

After completion of 12 week wellness plan, we will discuss recommended next steps and a maintenance plan.
