RECIPE Bees Knees Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1-2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 florets of cauliflower
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop Amazing trio greens powder 
  • 1 scoop Vital proteins collagen peptides (optional)
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice (I used Nuzest vanilla protein)
  •  1-1 1/2 cups of Coconut water or nut-milk until desired consistency is reached

Instructions

Place everything in a high-speed blender and process until smooth. Top with chia seeds, bee pollen, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, cashews, hemp seeds, almond butter, and anything else you wish!
