Spicy Bone Broth Soup
Inspired to create a bone broth veggie soup, after seeing Rachaelgoodeats bone broth soup recipe and reading about the benefits of bone broth. Perfect for a cold, winter day!
Recipe spicy bone broth soup:
2 cups @bonafideprovisions chicken bone broth
1 cup water
1/4 red bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
2 baby bok choy
4 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of sliced ginger
Cayenne pepper, to taste
Red chili flakes
Black sesame seeds
Diced avocado
Instructions:
Heat bone broth & water over the stove, covered, until boiling. Reduce heat, then add mushrooms, red pepper, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, seasonings, & quartered bok choy and cover to let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Once bok choy is tender, remove from stove, top with sesame seeds, red chili flakes & diced avocado
