Power Greens Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1-2 cups coconut water or unsweetened nut milk (depending on desired consistency)

  • 2 handfuls leafy greens (spinach, kale, chard, etc.)

  • 1 cup frozen zucchini

  • 2-3 pieces frozen cucumber

  • 1 frozen avocado cube

  • 2-3 frozen nut milk cubes or ice cubes

  • 1 tablespoon nut butter

  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder of choice

  • 1 scoop Vital proteins collagen peptides (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon spirulina

  • 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon maca (optional)

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and pulse until desired consistency is reached.
