One of my go-to breakfast options low in sugar and filled with vitamins and minerals to fuel you throughout the day!
RECIPE GREEN MACHINE SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 1-2 leaves of Chard
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 3 florets of cauliflower
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop Amazing trio greens powder
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice
- coconut water or dairy-free milk until desired consistency is reached
Instructions
Place everything in a high-speed blender and process until smooth. Top with your choice of chia seeds and/or bee pollen.
