Mango Blueberry Smoothie

RECIPE Mango BlueBerry SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop Amazing trio greens powder 
  • 1 scoop Vital proteins collagen peptides
  •  1-1 1/2 cups of Coconut water or nut-milk until desired consistency is reached
  • 1/4 cup mango
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions:

Place everything in a high-speed blender and process until smooth. Top with mango, blueberry, coconut flakes, and chia seeds.
