My Go-to Salad Bowl
The possibilities are endless for making salads. I love adding leftover veggies from the night before, which makes it easy to throw together the next day. I always make sure my salads include healthy fats, protein, and fiber to keep me satisfied!
My Go-to salad Bowl
Ingredients
2 large handfuls of Leafy Greens (spinach, kale, mixed greens…i like to mix it up!)
1/4-1/2 an Avocado
1 soft boiled egg
4-5 olives
Leftover veggies ( I like to throw leftovers on top such as roasted brussel sprouts, broccoli, mushrooms, cabbage…whatever you have/enjoy)
2 tablespoons hummus
Dressing:
Balsamic vinegar and Olive oil drizzle
Pepper, to taste
Mary’s Gone Crackers (on the side)
Instructions
Place greens in medium salad bowl. Add toppings and drizzle dressing. Toss salad until mixed and enjoy!
