Pistachio Walnut Pesto

Pistachio Walnut Pesto

1 cup pistachios (can sub walnuts, pumpkin/sunflower seeds, hemp seeds)

1 cup fresh basil

1/2 cup greens (spinach, kale)

1/2 cup olive oil

3-4 garlic cloves, minced

Juice from 1/2 lemon

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)

Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Add all ingredients to food processor or high speed blender and mix until smooth and well combined.
