Pumpkin Bisque Two Ways

For Sweet:

1 small pumpkin pie pumpkin (or 1 can of pumpkin puree)

4 tablespoons unsweetened almond or coconut milk 

1-2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon almond butter

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ginger powder

1/8 teaspoon himalayan pink salt

1/8 teaspoon all spice

For Savory:
1 can pumpkin puree

1 sweet potato, steamed and peeled

2 cups vegetable broth

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon rosemary

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon himalayan pink salt

Pumpkin seeds, for topping

Place ingredients in a pan and cook on medium heat over stove. Whisk until ingredients are well combined or add to high speed blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
