Salmon Sliders
Recipe salmon sliders
Ingredients:
1 can Wild caught pink salmon (14.75 oz)
2 eggs
1/3 cup almond flour
1 handful chopped spinach
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
pinch of Himalayan pink salt, to taste
Instructions:
In a medium mixing bowl, add all ingredients and stir until combined (add extra flour to thicken or if consistency is too wet). Form into 6-7 patties. Heat a skillet on medium with avocado oil and cook until brown. Flip until cooked all the way through. Enjoy!
