Ingredients
1/4-1/2 lb fresh, wild salmon
1 cup zucchini noodles
1/2 crown brocooli, chopped into florets
1 sweet potato, chopped into fries
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 lemon
sea salt and pepper, to taste
Creamy Sesame-Avocado Cilantro Dressing
garlic powder
crushed red pepper
sea salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Place salmon on oven safe, greased baking dish. Drizzle avocado oil over salmon and add lemon and sea salt and pepper.
