Salmon, Zucchini Noodles and Avocado Dressing, Broccoli and Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1/4-1/2 lb fresh, wild salmon

  • 1 cup zucchini noodles

  • 1/2 crown brocooli, chopped into florets

  • 1 sweet potato, chopped into fries

  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 lemon

  • sea salt and pepper, to taste

Creamy Sesame-Avocado Cilantro Dressing

  • garlic powder

  • crushed red pepper

  • sea salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Place salmon on oven safe, greased baking dish. Drizzle avocado oil over salmon and add lemon and sea salt and pepper.
