Very Berry Smoothie Bowl
Recipe very berry smoothie
Ingredients
1/3 cup frozen mixed berries
1/4 frozen banana
a handful of frozen zucchini
a handful of frozen cauliflower florets
1 frozen avocado cube
1 scoop leftover chia pudding (see chia pudding recipe)
1 tablespoon LiveBeaming vanilla protein power
1/2-1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (based on desired consistency)
Toppings:
unsweetened coconut flakes
almond butter
hemp seeds
Instructions:
Place ingredients in a high-speed blender and pulse until desired consistency is reached. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
