Recipe very berry smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1/4 frozen banana

  • a handful of frozen zucchini

  • a handful of frozen cauliflower florets

  • 1 frozen avocado cube

  • 1 scoop leftover chia pudding (see chia pudding recipe)

  • 1 tablespoon LiveBeaming vanilla protein power

  • 1/2-1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (based on desired consistency)

Toppings:

Instructions:

Place ingredients in a high-speed blender and pulse until desired consistency is reached. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
